This Refund and Returns Policy explains how cancellations, returns, refunds, exchanges, and faulty items are handled for purchases made through youdh.co.uk.
This policy applies to UK orders. It does not affect your statutory rights.
We are responsible for supplying goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose.
If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, not as described, or otherwise does not meet your statutory rights, please contact us as soon as possible using the details above.
We may ask for your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs so that we can assess the problem quickly.
Your statutory rights apply whether an item was bought at full price, at a discounted price, or during a sale.
For most online purchases, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or someone you nominate other than the carrier, receives the goods.
If your order contains multiple items delivered separately, the cancellation period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or someone you nominate other than the carrier, receives the final item.

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns for fragrance or personal-use products once they have been opened, used, unsealed, or where a tamper-proof seal, hygiene seal, sticker, tag, or protective wrapping has been broken or removed.
We also cannot accept change-of-mind returns for:
Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.
Goods that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items.
Sample kits may only be returned for a change-of-mind refund if they are unopened, unused, in their original packaging, and all tamper-proof or hygiene seals remain intact. Once a sample kit has been opened, used, unsealed, or had any protective seal broken or removed, it cannot be returned unless it is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
You are also responsible for the goods until they are received by us. We recommend using a tracked and insured postal or courier service.
We cannot be responsible for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit unless the loss or damage is caused by us.
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, goods must be returned in a condition that allows them to be resold.
For fragrance and personal-use products, the following conditions apply:
The item must be unused.
The item must be unopened.
The item must be in its original packaging.
Any tamper-proof seal, hygiene seal, sticker, tag, or protective wrapping must be intact.
The product must not have been applied, tested, handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it, or otherwise used.

Where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we will offer an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights. This may include a refund, replacement, or other remedy depending on the circumstances.
If we ask you to return faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not-as-described goods, we will cover reasonable return postage costs.
If you cancel your order within the cancellation period and return the goods in accordance with this policy, we will refund the price you paid for the returned goods.
Where you paid for standard delivery, we will also refund the standard delivery charge. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we will only refund the amount of our standard delivery charge.
We will make the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods, or 14 days after you provide evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original order, unless we agree otherwise with you. You will not be charged a fee for the refund.
We may offer exchanges where stock is available.

If you received a YOUDH™ product as a gift, we may ask for proof of purchase before processing a return, exchange, or refund.
Refunds will usually be made to the original payment method used by the person who placed the order.

If YOUDH™ offers international delivery, additional terms may apply, including customs duties, import taxes, delivery restrictions, and local consumer rights.
